Diana and Janis co-host The Home & Finance Show which airs Tuesdays on WHMB Channel 40 from 9-9:30 AM and Saturdays on 1310 AM / 92.7 FM radio from 1- 2:00 PM.

Each month, when you make a payment you gain equity, which is the value you have in your home because you are paying off a portion of the mortgage loan.
You can’t do that by paying rent.
We are here to help you every step of the way from preapproval to receiving your keys or check at closing.
